A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is authorized and verified. We begin preparing your order immediately after verification. Because of this fast processing, it may be difficult to make changes or cancel your order once it's placed — but we’ll do our best to assist you. It normally takes 3–8 business days for us to process your order before shipping.
Please note: This does not include weekends or public holidays.

Note: Shipping time is estimated and starts from the shipping date, not the order date. Delays may occur due to incorrect addresses, customs processes, or unexpected issues beyond our control.
📩 WHERE’S MY PACKAGE?
If your package hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, please email us at contact@Balywear.shop and we’ll assist you within 24 hours.
Requests made after 30 days may not be eligible for investigation or refund.

All orders placed on Balywear.shop are guaranteed to be delivered within 60 days. If you haven’t received your order within this time frame, you're protected and may be eligible for a full refund.
